Negative: Booked two rooms for family traveling together. Requested adjoining or close together rooms, Ended up with rooms in different buildings. Had to wait two nights to move the single to other tower and then had to pay additional price for the room.

Positive: I liked the location of the facility. It was walking distance to restaurants and places to shop. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the ramp wasn’t accessible, there was access to the beach and there were other amenities to enjoy.
Negative: I didn’t like that I was placed in the South Towers there was no reception desk or an appropriate view of the beach at that facility. The hours designated for usage of beach chairs is too short, it should be extended to 7 or 8pm.

Positive: Pool was cool but it was partially down. Room was nice, big and clean! In room laundry very nice touch. Ceiling fans!!
Negative: Needed TLC. Staff at check in not so friendly. EASE OF ACCESS of the hotel. Parking was awful.
